Public Statement: Organizational Wind-Down Announcement
The Board of Directors has voted to initiate an orderly wind-down of operations, with a target completion date of December 31, 2025.
This decision was made after careful consideration of the organization’s long-term strategic direction, financial sustainability, and evolving industry landscape.
Our priority throughout this transition is to ensure transparency and support our member organizations and partners.
We are committed to:

WHY CPHCC?
Joining a pool can be refreshing. No, not the type you swim in, but the type that creates “economies of scale.” What that means is that we are able to save our members significant amounts of money through pooling products such as Dental (Delta Dental), Vision (VSP), Stop Loss coverage, Best Doctors, and Wellness and Health promotion initiatives.
