IN LOVING MEMORY
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of Larry Yeghoian, CPHCC Treasurer and long term Board Member, representing the California's Valued Trust. Larry was a retired Superintendent with Colusa Unified School District and a former Principal at McFarland High School, former Teacher, etc. He was an active Lions Club member and served over the years on several other community boards. He was also an amazing CPHCC Board member and the Treasurer for CPHCC who was known for working collaboratively with all those involved with CPHCC. Larry was diligent about participating in the CPHCC Board meetings, conferences, strategic planning workshops, and all other activities that supported the organization’s goals and initiatives. He would often times drive eight hours to participate in the CPHCC meetings.
Larry always knew how to bring laughter to a conversation and it was always very well received. He was well-liked and respected by both management and labor and he was a true champion of the cause. He always made you feel accepted. Even though Larry lived in Northern California, he and his wife, Kandy, were die hard Dodgers fans and were known to make many trips to Los Angeles to watch "their Dodgers." Larry was kind and compassionate and very dedicated to his family and grandchildren. He is greatly missed by all of us!
The CPHCC Board is pleased to announce that we will be dedicating the 2020 CPHCC Conference in Larry’s memory!
Joining a pool can be refreshing. No, not the type you swim in, but the type that creates “economies of scale.” What that means is that we are able to save our members significant amounts of money through pooling products such as Dental (Delta Dental), Vision (VSP), Stop Loss coverage, Best Doctors, and Wellness and Health promotion initiatives.
